Welcome to 2011 Training Year

Maurice Sheppard and Brittany Stevens with Premier Danny Williams

NEWS

We have now moved all MUN Judo club activities to the West Hatcher room in the MUN Hatcher House Residence until August. We are continuing to look for a permanent new location.

Due to examination and end of semester activities at Memorial we are unable to use the facilities at Hatcher House from April 12-22. The last class before the break will be Monday April 11 at the regular time in West Hatcher. MUN Judo training will resume on Saturday April 23 at Pete's Place (the other side of the main level of Hatcher House). On Monday April 25 we will train in Pete's Place and then on Wednesday, April 27 the normal schedule will resume in West Hatcher.

Parking permits are available from MUN enforcement for $5.00 for Area 15 or area 30. Parking by Music school I believe is free in evening or may be $2.00 to get in. Please note we would like athletes to show up 15 minutes before practise time to help place mats in room for practise. Bring sandals or flip flops as we want you to take off your outside shoes by the left of doorway to room and bare feet on the mat - otherwise wear your sandals until class is finished and mats are stacked against wall.

Reminder that our training schedule is now:

Our annual trip to Saint Pierre et Miquelon will be the weekend of May 27-29, 2011. All are welcome to attend this trip.
